Explaining More About Invoicing and Payments

Here at The Ultimate Handyman, we believe that Invoicing and Payments should not be an after thought.

When you receive your invoices, you should be ready to make a payment, but first you need to know what to expect.

Any work charged at handyman rates will be described on the invoices as “Handyman Services Provided”.

Detailed description of the work can be provided upon payment of a nominal charge of $10 per invoice to cover for the clerical work involved.

Payments in full, including materials reimbursements, have to be made at the completion of the work using any acceptable method of payment.

Within 5 business days you will receive an invoice over the email, or snail mail, stating “PAID”.

invoicing and payments for prevailing wages work:

Prevailing Wages Invoicing:

Although most of our jobs are not Prevailing Wages, we thoroughly document every job to prevailing wages standards.

Keep in mind that office work, permit procedures and other activities related to our office cannot and will not be handled as prevailing wages work.

When the work is quoted as a Prevailing Wages Proposal, we will provide all the documentation necessary for the prevailing wages work for that particular work.

We provide work reports, payroll reports, and the proper Union registration and related paperwork.

ASK FOR ANY OF THIS PRIOR TO REQUESTING ANY PRICING OR ESTIMATES.

Prevailing wages jobs are subjected to the paperwork fees described on the link that you can find here:
